Multi Sizes Tube Expander CH-1000B

Manual extruder - expander for soft copper pipes used in refrigeration and air conditioning meeting the requirements of EN 12 735-1.

Stored in a durable metal case, it includes a set of 3/8 ", 1/2", 5/8 ", 3/4", 7/8 "and 1-1 / 8" diameter pipe inserts and a grading tool.

This tool reduces the number of solder joints by half when we have to connect two sections of the refrigeration or air conditioning system and also when we do not have access to the appropriate copper fitting.

Be sure to heat the pipe end prior to commencing the extrusion using a gas burner or solder tube. This will ensure the correct course of operation as well as correct shape of the socket and will protect against possible cracking of the tube walls when it is not soft enough.
