A deburrer, a device with which you should clean the edges of the copper pipe from burrs after cutting, before you start making a flare on it in the clamping system. This procedure is necessary to protect the installation against filings, impurities that could damage the compressor, entering the refrigeration circuit. The CH-208 deburrer is made of hard PVC and has steel blades to clean both the inside and outside of the cut pipe. Make sure that during deburring - the outlet of the pipe is directed downwards, thanks to which the filings will not get inside the installation.
