A tool for draining / evacuating the refrigerant from the refrigeration system. When connected via a hose it allows the refrigerant to be extracted from the installation .
How the recovery pliers work: when the pliers are clamped the tube will be pierced through the through pin/needle . Connect a service hose to the 1/4" SAE threaded valve and connect it to the recovery station or cylinder . After draining the system and removing the pliers the needle hole should be secured.
