As a company, we have introduced special procedures to ensure maximum security for both our team and our clients. Please read the following information and policies.
Changes in the functioning of the company
- Our employees have been instructed in personal hygiene, cleanliness of rooms, contacts and security of shipments.
- We have set up a special zone for clients coming to our headquarters, so please approach the separated place one by one and keep at least 2m distance from other clients.
- We do not accept payments in cash, please use credit cards or place an order in the online store with personal pickup and pay online beforehand.
- A disinfectant fluid has been made available to customers - please use it at the company's entrance.
- If you find symptoms such as: fever, dry cough, shortness of breath, muscle pain, unnatural fatigue - please do not come to us, stay at home and contact the appropriate services and helplines.
- All shipments (especially abroad) may be delayed
- Some businesses are closed due to quarantine or other government ordinances - when providing the delivery address, make sure it is accessible and a person authorized to collect the parcel will be on site.
- Parcel delivery in the following municipalities in Italy has been suspended until further notice. All shipments within these municipalities and those that arrive there will be returned to the senders.
